    Strange gamertag change question


    I want to change my gamertag and I think that what I want to change it to is connected to me from YEARS ago. Is there a way to see what gamertags are connected to my email? When I search for it on Xbox, ones that are close show up and even one that has
    the same letters and numbers but with a space where I don't. Other than this, there seems to be no information. Might you have any ideas?

    [/quote]In short, yes. You'll have to pay 800 points to free up the name on gamertag A, and another 800 to change Gamertag B to Gamertag A. I've done this before. It may not be instant that the name becomes available again, however.

    nope nothing can be done if it is not selectable then it is not selectable your just gonna have to create a more creative tag FYI tags are also used for windows live PC games as well as Zune and Xbox live.

    It's a Glitch either just give it some time or try to Recover (Download) your Profile again.
