Strange buzzing noise when speaking and now without speaking through my headset, literally...

Well this is going to be quite a long story as a lot of issues including a new issue which has just started now.

Around 2 months ago I was playing Apex Legends and using their game chat to talk to my friends with, I had just bought a new headset (which now that I have done a bit of research might not have been the best headset, but that is not the issue) and they were saying I was very quiet to the point where they could not hear me. I thought it was audio settings but it wasn't, anyway i ordered the same headset again (thinking it was just a faulty one) and it had the exact same issue. I then ordered my old old headset which had no problems what so ever and was fine, but when i twitch streamed there was like a noise every time i spoke (not the buzzing yet) and i think it was "static" which I don't want as it made the stream less appealing for others. Then after that I finally thought it might be the controller that was an issue as I never had static before and I thought i should get a new series x controller on John Lewis. It arrived today and It worked great but when i listened to my audio through the audio message section, there is now an even worse buzz noise. It is much worse than the static. It is now also happening when I don't speak and I am in literal tears as I have gon through so many headsets and ideas. I looked closely at the controller and it seems like the jack wont fit in the port properly and it seems to wobble side to side when i move it, so im thinking that is the issue, but what i am really worried about is: What if my actual xbox is the problem? I just don't know what to do anymore, do i order another headset? Is the controller faulty? What is the issue? I have done research on all the settings possible and non work, so please can anyone help me.

Ps. Can anyone recommend a headset with a good mic?
