Strange billing

    Microsoft is charging me $7.49 a month with no explanation. I have absolutely no business with this company at all. Cant get a hold of anyone to tell me why. Very upsetting that they can charge me but I cant contact them. There is no orders on my account. I dont own a x box. There is literally no reason, and the worst part it looks like its been happening for years and I just caught it. What gives? Can someone please contact me.

    View your Microsoft Store order history

    To review app, game, or subscription purchases, track orders, or view and print invoices, sign in to the order history page on your Microsoft account dashboard. Please review your order history, look for that amount, and tell me what the item is.

    I will private message you and ask for some information that will allow me to escalate this to the proper team and hopefully resolve this issue.

    Hi Savric......do you have a Windows phone? That looks like a charge for a purchase that was made from a Windows phone. But to be sure I would call in to phone support and they can tell you specifically what that charge is for.

    That looks like it would be a charge for something through a Windows Phone, not Live, for maybe a game or something. You may also want to check
    https://billing.microsoft.com to see if it shows any odd transactions. Otherwise, you'll need to contact phone support to get it fixed.

    Right. Which is why I suggested to check the billing site to see if it shows that that's definitely what it was and if so, you'll need to call support to have them help you stop it.
