Storeでの購入に対するVIP Gemの獲得について

Xbox Storeで対象コンテンツを購入すると106.08 円 の出費につき、1 VIPジェ を獲得できるということですが、この購入に対するVIP Gemの獲得タイミングは、リワードクレジットと同様に「毎月何日ごろ」と決まっているのでしょうか？

今のところ2週間ほど前の購入に対するVIP Gemが獲得できていないようなので質問しました。

リワードクレジットと同様に毎月１５日か月末ごろにまとめて付与されるのなら問題ないのですが。
