bought a game from the store. My money as taken but the game i bought is not saying i paid for it. My account threw microsft doesnt show it either but my bank statment shows money has been taken. Im tryin to get this figured out without waiting days any
info is appriciated

Just spent 2800 points buying songs... I can only play half of them bc of some needed update. Tried getting it and it says try later... waited 3 days with no luck still... Activision, thumbs up guys, way to run a business!!

 

The first thing you will want to try is signing into your account at account.microsoft.com and look at your order history and make sure that what exactly was purchased.

 

Did you searched the game on th ready to install swction??

I only ask this in the attempt to try help BUT do you have a 2nd account? or have someone who uses your xbox? as that profile may have the game bought on that account. this has happened to my friend who's kid has their own profile

And i bought thru thebstore while signed into my accounr so theres no way wven if i had another one

 

What I was saying is that you will want to match up the amount that was charged on your bank statement with the purchase in your order history if it is not showing on the account that you are signed into then the charge was for another order on another account
and you would need to figure out what account that was.

If needed you can contact xbox support by going to support.xbox.com/contact-us and give them your credit/debit card number and they can look up any account that your card is actively on.

Unfortunately this is an issue where you will need to reach out to MS Customer Support for assistance. They should definitely be able to help resolve this for you

 

Basically contact MS support and if you have payment details from you bank account you have to prove that you have bought it then you can get what you want.
