    Quando vou entrar na store do Xbox dá erro 0x00000193 e pede pra tentar mais tarde mas esse erro está acontecendo e quando vou usar o codigo do gift card aparece "ocorreu um erro da nossa parte. Tente mais tarde"

    Por favor, me ajudem

    A HDR game list for Xbox One S?

    An Xbox One S will not download the game enhancements for an Xbox One X.

    As it clearly states in the store "Xbox One X Enhanced", not Xbox One S.

    Store Xbox One S

    Hi Gabriel!

    Are you tying to redeem the gift cards through the store on your Xbox one or Xbox on Windows? Have you tried both? Also is there anything you've done to troubleshoot the issue?

    If on Xbox One try to do a power cycle :

    1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
      Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

    Isso não funcionou.

    Já até tentei voltar para as configuração de fabrica mas mesmo assim não deu.

    Mesmo se desse para mim resgatar o codigo no windows, a store está com problema então...

    Have you tried using a different device with internet access?
