When I went on the Microsoft store to buy Battleborn when it was on sale with gold, it said I couldn't buy it because it wasn't allowed for child and teen accounts but I am 25 and I am an adult in my Microsoft family. How do I fix this so I can buy teen
games?

Can't Download unrated content

I cant download the battlefield 4 beta because it says that I have a child or teen account, but when I go to check if I do, it says that I have an adult account and should be able to download any content.

what should i do as an adult to let children buy games?

Hi i am going to buy a game , but sadly i redeemed my gift card and my gold xbox live, as a child member. so my adult account has no bill and no gold xbox live. i set the "Buy and download" to anything in "Xbox one online safety" ,as an adult account, in
the child`s tab but when I want to buy a game, it says "Purchase of this content is currently not allowed for child and teen accounts."

what should I do?

Nope what is is your account is still a child only if you have promote my account under my account wil you be able to promote it

You cannot change the age of the account or email to force it to adult account you will have to wait for father time

Xbox one marketplace settings has no baring on games.that require certain ages like adult

Privacy settings isn't affected by third party server requirements

The save does not work when i set it to the defaults of child, teen, adult, etc. If I select teen and save and exit, when I return the settings are set to custom as if the save did not take effect.

Unfortunately, there is no fix yet.

You could do the following:

Create a new child account for your teenager, and change the password of the adult account, so the child can't access it anymore.

Make sure the adult account has set the Xbox One console the teen is playing on as the adult account's "Home Console" (In the settings under Personalization).

That way the console will share all games that belong to the adult account to every other account playing on that "Home Console".

So your teen can still play the games of the adult account, while under the restrictions of the child account.
