    Store Purchases : Keys for Rocket League not showing up after bought.


    I’m assuming this is a know issue to Xbox because it’s sure is with Rocket League for the past three days (that I’m aware of at least) and they claim they’ve done all they can and that Xbox is now responsible for it still being down. I find this hard to
    believe because the only thing on Xbox I’m having problems with is rocket league and not just purchase the game itself is playing awfully garbage in the last few weeks. Any clarification on this from Xbox would be very helpful thank you. I did buy about 17
    keys and was billed for all of them and have tried a variety of troubleshooting techniques and nothing works and I’m not the only one having this issue

    It actually seems to be growing fast.

    microsoft store lagged so

    i just bought a pack of 5 keys for rocket league and i didn't have any before ths store lagged so when i got back in to the game it showed that i had bought 20 keys when i only pressed to buy 1 pack of 5 keys. my gt is . it pissed me of

    xbox will not connect to xbox live.

    It was also right after I bought a key for rocket league...

    Game purchase problems

    If you go to Rocket League on Xbox.com does it say Purchase or does it show up as purchased?

    store.xbox.com/.../233becfb-c914-4ef4-9a73-398e8195f00a

    If it says you own it, on your console go to My Games & Apps > Ready to Install and you should see Rocket League waiting.

    Also, go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and you should see your purchase history and Rocket League should display there with the word COMPLETED next to it.

    If it doesn't show then the purchase didn't complete.

    If it says something other than COMPLETED the order may be in progress or cancelled. If it is either of the later, you should contact Xbox Support to see why the status hasn't switched to COMPLETED.

    If it shows and says COMPLETED but none of the steps at the start of this post are true then contact Customer Support.

    yup having this same issue. Says on my bank statement I was charged and even get a confirmation email from Microsoft but.... no keys.. lame.

    Xbox is Ripping me off

    Depending on where/how you bought 3 months Xbox Live Gold, you don't get a code for Rocket League.

    If you bought the 3 months Xbox Live Gold through your console, you should get the game added automatically to your account. Simply download it.

    If you bought 3 months in an (online) store, you get the code either printed on the receipt, or via mail from the store. In that case, you'll need to contact the store from which you bought the 3 month code for the Rocket League code.
