    Store purchases for Forza horizon 4 don't work


    I have the ultimate edition, but when i go to choose a car it prompts me to buy it, when it confirms that i have it, it prompts me to download it and because it already is, nothing happens.

    Why I cannot install Forza Horizon 4

    Hi,

    I don't have any other purchased game on Microsoft Store but I did tried to download "Simple Solitaire" game which worked. So it seems to only occur with Forza Horizon 4.

    I don't believe you can as it is 2 distinctly separate platforms. An example of this Forza Horizon 4...when they released it on Steam earlier this year, you still needed to purchase it again even if you owned the MS Store copy.
