    store purchase not showing


    I recently made a purchase in the microsoft store and after completing the purchase proces i did not receive a confirmation email and when i check my purchase history it does not show the purchase, but the money for the purchase is taken from my bank account.

    what do i do now???

    Forza 7 for PC not downloadable after purchase

    After buying Forza Ultimate Edition in Windows Live Store i'm not able to download the game. There's no download option showing up anywhere. I can look up my purchase in the store but the game is not showing under "my games"

    Xbox store purchases not showing in my rewards

    Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    I purchased 4 Elements II Special Edition on June 26th 2013. Recently it began crashing while starting up. After the 5th or 6th time I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However it was not in my Library and when I went to the game page it
    only gave me the option to purchase it. I checked in the Purchased folder and it was there with a order number, but no way to download it. Any help would be appreciated.

    I haven't had this issue but I have read on the known issues for game launches thread (see link at bottom) it sounds like they cover your issue, Here is what it says, Hopefully it helps

    • Known Issue: Users seeing a "Do you own this game or app when launching a recently purchased game.
    • Workaround: To make sure you own the game and did not run in to any issues with your payment instrument at the time it was attempted to be charged, head on over to

      account.microsoft.com       to ensure the game is marked as "Completed" in your order history. If not, you will need to purchase the game again because the initial purchase did not go through.
