    Store Not Recognizing EA Access Membership


    When trying to download a game from the EA Access Vault, I am bounced out the EA Access app and shown the game in the Xbox Store. Once in the Store, it does not recognize my EA Access membership and wants me to purchase Vault games.

    Any work around?

    I purchased the xbox live membership limited time offer promotion on the xbox store which is supposed to come with 1 month free EA access but I have not received an EA access subscription code so please help my situation

    Are you in the Xbox One preview program by chance? If so, you're going to want to post about this in the Preview program forums HERE.

    If not, can you provide a bit more information for us? What steps have you tried to fix the problem? Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA Access App yet?

    You should be able to just redeem another code for X amount of months for EA access or use a creditcard to lengthen your membership. EA access can stack membership up to 3 years
