Store, Mixer and Game Pass do not load on my Xbox

    Store, Mixer and Game Pass do not load on my Xbox


    I keep receiving error code 0x80131505 for several weeks now whenever I try to access these pages on my xbox one. I can't view or buy anything. My internet connection is up and running, no problem with playing multiplayer games either. Any idea how to
    fix this?

    Several things failing to load after the most recent update?

    For almost a week now... Mixer, Community, Game Pass, the Xbox Store, game clubs, & game clips either - A: Don't work properly or B: Don't work at-all. I've tried disconnecting my router and reseting my console, but nothing I've tried has worked. I know
    its not a problem with XBL as my friend isn't having this issue, and I haven't seen anyone else report this recently. Xbox support isn't working out either so I'm not sure what to do.

    Ghosts Season Pass only works on purchasing profile; other profiles don't see it as purchased/downloaded

    Anyone have this problem and find a solution? I (the dad) bought the season pass on my profile, and I can see in-game that it's available under Multiplayer|Store. When my son loads his profile (and Xbox Live account) it shows that we don't have the Season
    Pass but we DO have the map pack from it. Very strange.

    try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

    What bugs are you experiencing lately on Xbox ?

    GamePass and Mixer Tabs on the Dashboard occasionally refuse to load and I get an error however I am still able to assess the store and view GamePass from there and Mixer from within the Mixer APP, but those Tabs are iffy.

    I think its important that they keep updating dash in order to get better performance out of unit, i certainly agree with Stuart to get rid of Mixer tab or Game pass tab cause we know about Mixer app and we know where Game pass games are located in store
    or in my games and apps, but we do need stability fixes and getting this dash running perfect for everything, at moment i think thr dashboard and guide is exactly how i want it 100 times better than the snapped version.

    ok, I have tried these steps, but they haven't solved, I do have to mention It also takes a long time before it loads my dashboard, it says error retrieving content where I get the adds in the bottom left corner, updates, subscriptions store, mixer, community
    all take a while to load, or don't load at all.
