Store loading issues since the last update.

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug the power brick from the console and the outlet for a minute then plug back in and power back on to see if it resolves the issue

Yes, there was an issue with dashboard loading since the last update.

Everyone who had the problem and worked with support got it sorted out though.

Not sure if this is the same issue but I have had a loading screen freeze every other time I load the game up. This has been happening since the last update. I know of others who have had the same issue also.
