It's fraud. It doesn't have to be strictly financial gain to be considered fraud. You're attempting to deceive the store and personally gaining a brand new system at the expense of the store's time and aggravation, at the very least.

sharing games with other people is a violation, it is store theft/fraud, it is bannable and i have known people to get perm bans for doing it.

ITunes fraud is so huge and real it's in the millions and yes mothers have insisted on buying cards even though police officers tell them it's fraud and that they are being tricked (local case in my own town and the apple store manager had to call the cops to stop her from buying 1500 in iTunes)

it is a violation, it is store theft/fraud, they were going to let you share games with friends but that backfired before the ones launch, basically buy the games or go without.
