Discus and support Store disabled ? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been trying to buy map packs for BO2 but it doesn't work.     I've been trying to buy map packs for BO2 but it doesn't work. I tried every possible way, from in game, from callofduty.com/blackops (which redirects to xbox store) and everything doesn't work ? Could someone tell me what's up an why will I be able to purchase
    stuff ?

    Have you got cookies enabled? Having cookies disabled may effect your log in as cookies store data.

    Avatar Store on Xbox 360 purchases have been disabled.

    Actually, everything is disabled. Whenever it brings up the selection of Style or Collection, each items will be deselectable. So, Avatar Store and Avatar Editor mode are closing and is now disabled.

    UPDATE: the issue was ipv6 disabled in my router and was causing issues downloading from xbox store

    What else to do to fix the Microsoft Store?

    No sorry I mean that if I disable it, Microsoft Store would say if I download something: Acquiring license with the following error message that something happened on their end.

    Not that I can't disable my FireWall or AntiVirus
