Store Details navigation bug loses tab highlighting

To activate your xbox live 7 day gold trial:

1. sign in

2. press the button..

3. navigate to Stores tab (but i don't have the stores tab!!!! to navigate to?!?!

when i try to redeem at the live.xbox.com website, it also says enter valid code but the code is valid

If you have not already done so can you please try a full console restart as this will quite often help in this situation. To restart the console press the Xbox button on the controller to bring up the guide then select the system tab on the right and you
should see the restart option here.

go to the details tab and try to redirect the microsoft store through the order history.

While you are on the dashboard on the home tab & with the game inserted press either X or Y (whichever one has the option for "game details") with the game tile highlighted & you should have the option to install it to the hard drive.

1. Do you have any screenshot on the error?
   
2. Have you attempted to follow the steps in accessing and saving your Overwatch 2 highlights?
   

These are the steps to navigate to the Highlights section in Overwatch 2.

• Players will first need to go to the main menu of Overwatch 2.
  
• Click on “Career Profile” in the list. This will open a new window with several tabs on the top left ribbon.
  
• Click on the “History” tab. This will open up the Highlights section directly.
  

You can view highlights in this section under the History tab. The top five highlights in the last 24 hours are automatically saved by the game. Interested players can then select a highlight and choose to view it. Overwatch 2 will automatically save the top five highlight clips that occurred in-game in the last 24 hours. If you have attempted these steps, and still the problem persist we would like to suggest that you Report a problem via the console. We would also recommend that you submit a bug to Overwatch 2 - Blizzard Support (battle.net).
