    I bought a prepaid card. i am trying to buy some loot boxes on overwatch for halloween update. for some reason whenever i try to make a transaction it says no. i looked at my balance i t says i have 3 cents left and that i have 3 pending purchases. i had
    bought 5 but nothing else goes through

    How to change region/local at billing information on Xbox Live account?

    @ngocphi The Windows Store region is tied to your Xbox Live billing region, as there is only one region for your whole Windows Live ID. All billing (Windows Store, Windows Phone Store, and Xbox Live) is tied together to the same billing information and region
    restrictions.

    Problem with Prepaid card billing in Store

    I bought a prepaid card trough Amazon and get the code onto my account on xbox.com.

    So i logged into my Xbox one and get to the Store but i cant buy games, movies etc with my Microsoft Account... I only can enter kredit card information..

    Can someone help me?

    account.microsoft.com or are they still showing as pending?

    Verizon Billing with Xbox Store

    Verizon and microsoft/Xbox had some changes and they can't agree on them. So that's why it got removed. I finally after weeks of trying to talk to someone I did.Said there is no known timetable for the return of mobile billing to be used again if at all.

    No it's not verizon the issue is with Microsoft as the chat I had posted with the Microsoft rep stated. Just like another chat had a few weeks back with a Microsoft rep said they are looking over the the terns and conditions that verizon sent over. Further more verizon won't do anything other then see if the person's account is eligible and then say they don't know why.

    I also haven't been able to use Verizon carrier billing for 4 or 5 months. It's not even an option on my Microsoft account when going to pick a new Payment method.

    I don't even have Carrier Billing like I used to.

    Verizon has no holds on me or anything.

    I see the official Microsoft page says they still support Verizon Mobile Carrier Billing

    Anyone?!
