    Store app won’t open....?


    Hey everyone, so my store app won’t open. It just gives me this error code; 0x80070bfa

    Also, when I try putting it in the Xbox support error search section it doesn’t say it’s a valid error code. What is going on?!?!?!?!

    Xbox store won’t load

    I recently updated to the latest Microsoft store and now every time I try to open the Microsoft Store it is just a white screen. I tried force restarting it, unplugging it and I also restarted it normally . What can be done to resolve this problem?

    Xbox app wont load for PC?

    Clear the Microsoft Store cache

    Press Windows + R to launch Run, type wsreset.exe, and hit Enter.

    Once the reset process is finished, restart your PC and then check if the Windows Store App works as it should.

    The Xbox App depends on the Microsoft Store App to run properly. So, if there is something wrong with the Store app, many apps won’t launch or won’t download anything.

    In this case, resetting the Store cache can fix the problem, so make sure you do that by following the steps above.

    We're currently having issues regarding buying downloadable items on xbox one. This may affect redeeming codes and using digital items as well. See here for updates when there are some:

    1. Turn off the console and unplug it for 30 seconds to clear cache. Try the store again.

    2. Check for any system updates (Settings > System > Console Info & Updates) or updates for the Microsoft store (My Games and apps > Updates).

    3. Remove and redownload your account:
    http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

    4. Factory reset your console keeping games and apps (requires account redownload): Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps".

    5. Turn off your xbox, modem and router by power for 30 seconds and plug everything back in and try again.

    If you are Living in europe Please install "NFL Game Pass Europe". If you live in the US just try to delete and re-install the app.
