    So I just got the new update... and I have an issue. Can someone please tell me where my Microsoft Store app went and why it is not opening? I looked at the app info and it shows "Zero items".

    It is still on my homepage but will just not open. I can't even use other games to take me to the store. WTH? Any help with this is welcome.

    I am having problems with Full Library and Xbox Store

    I selected to reset and keep all games and apps but when I loaded in, all of my games and apps were gone, Full Library does not work, and now I don't even have the option to download games through the store. Basically it's all gone.

    Same problem for me as well. The agent I spoke with made me delete the app and then I was unable to find it again in the app store to reinstall it back to the console. She said they are issuing an updated app to the marketplace and to watch for it within
    the next 24-48 hours. That's all the information I was given.
