Store account problem, need help please

Good evening. I've bought a new Xbox One S with Forza Horizon 4 bundle and I've got the code to redeem it inside Xbox Store. When I start Xbox, I enter with my main account, but when I go to store to redeem a code, Xbox Store say that it will be added to
a secondary email address that I never used. Is there a way to change that account to my main email address? I have no idea how to do.

Credentials error

Hey guys.


I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 and i guesss ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

Xbox has made me lose my game progress

So recently Xbox store would not load and it kept telling me that I should restart the system. So I did and now all my progress has been completely lost for everything not with a backed up account. So I have lost quite a bit of Fallout 4 progress. Please can someone help?

When you say Xbox Store - do you mean you're using the Windows Store or the Xbox App on Windows 10?

I mean the Store on xbox (and I’ve got the same problem if i try to redeem a code from my xbox profile page using internet

 

I’ve checked everything. If I go to profile info, microsoft shows me the email address I don’t want (which is the address I used to create the account first time). However, when I press to “manage email addresses”, Microsoft page shows me only the email
address I want, already set as main account

It looks like it's recognizing the old email but not the new email that has replaced it. I would
Contact Xbox Customer Support to see if they are able to assist with the code. Let them know the situation and see if there is anyway to get this issue investigated.

I open the chat with Microsoft service. I investigated with operator every step and...there is no reason. Probably my account will be update in future with same email address, but at the moment, if I redeem a code with old mail, the game it will be present
on my main email.
