I don't think that's the issue

For one it's your billing region not your console region that has to change

You have to change it on this website not your store settings

Goto my account

Manage my region

Keep in mind this can only be changed every 3months

So your account region should match your actual region

Changing to a non supported region won't work so if you aren't in an xbox region and that's why you selected another country and then I wouldn't advise it

Thank You for your quick reply. I think my subscription was linked to another address, I changed that and prefered language and region and was then able to change.
