    I have only three games on my one s i have over 600 free gigs of space left yet im having to uninstall games or apps to recieve game updates or install new content or games. I repeatedly get the message asking me to free up space to continue. Any solutions???

    Magic 2015 - start campaign (deck) over?

    Well you should be able to just go to system settings and then to the data storage and delete your profile for magic 2015.

    From dashboard, go to settings, then system, then storage. Choose your storage device and delete profile data under Magic 2015.

    Xbox combined storage issue

    When you go into "My Games & Apps". Make sure you're highlighting in "Games", top left-hand column. D-pad right and at the top of the screen are 4 drop-down boxes. These are your 'Storage filters'. Select the 4th one and set it to "All Storage". -- That should fix your issue.

    Hi! Do you use an external hard drive in addition to the internal one of your Xbox? That's the only reason I could think of that might cause such an issue. In either case I'd recommend to perform a power cycle/hard reset: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If the hard reset doesn't fix the issue, you should give the factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again) a try:

    Try power cycling your console by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds .

    Retry afterwards .

    Good day

    Do a poercycle/hard reset by pressing and holding in the xbox logo on the front untill it switches off. Then switch is back on. Should fix the issue.

    Hi,

    Game updates can only be downloaded to the drive said game is installed to. If a drive is full or nearly full you won't be able to update the game.

    For example: The Game And Apps screen shows total drive space across all storage. So, if you have say 5GB free on internal and 595GB on external, it will show 600GB.

    If the game that needs to be updated is installed on the drive with only 5GB, but the update is 6GB, you would need to either free up space on the drive or move the whole game to a drive with free space in order to update it.

    Power cycling won't fix this.

    If this is a 4Gb console version, there should be at least a storage device.

    Yes, you may use two pen drives.

    No, there is no external HDD available. You can use the pen drives in any console but DRM restrictions will apply.

    You can try clearing the update from the console and try re-downloading it. With the console powered off, hold the controller sync button (small round button on the original console near the MU ports, or the IR window on the 360 S next to the front USB trap
    door). Power up the console while continuing to hold the sync button and keep holding it until you get to the login screen. See if that resolves the issue.
