    Storage remaining glitch


    I bought an Xbox one s off ebay and everything works fine but I noticed a while after I put some games on it the percentage of storage remaining under the "My games and apps" page is stuck at 38.3%. At first I didn't notice anything but now it bothers me
    as I don't know how many more games I can download anymore. I've done a hard reset on the Xbox for unrelated issues before and it doesn't change anything. Any sort of solution or anyone else having the same issue?

    Hey there Pie! Have you let the download run to completion? If not, go to System, Settings, Storage, and mark down the storage space remaining. Then, download the expansion pack. When it finishes, go to System, Settings, Storage again and mark down the storage
    space remaining. The difference will let us know how big the expansion pack was.

    This has happened to me too! After digging I found out my payment last month didn't go through so I resubmitted it and everything cleared. I talked to support through chat and on the phone and no one had an answer. This is really frustrating and no one seems
    to know how to help so they just ignore it. MICROSOFT WE NEED ANSWERS!!!!

    The "0 time remaining" error should be resolved now. If you are still seeing that please try signing out, restarting your console, then signing back in.
