STORAGE FULL PROBLEM, ACTUALLY EMPTY

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues with Minecraft realms storage.

So I can better understand your situation, please share more details such as the exact error message or code that you are receiving.

If you're having issues syncing your worlds, follow these steps:

1. Please go to network settings and go offline.

2. Settings > All Settings > System > Storage > Manage Storage > view contents >select Minecraft (button with 3 lines) > manage game > saved data > delete from console. (Please make sure that your worlds are saved online before doing this)

3. Hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds to shut it down.

4. Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.

5. Go back online in settings.

6. Launch Minecraft.

7. Go to world 1, click A to sync, then click B to go back to your world menu. Go through and sync all worlds. Please do not load them yet, just sync them for now.

8. Once all worlds are synced, quit Minecraft (home button, button with 3 lines, quit.

9. Restart Minecraft.

Try restarting your Xbox with the HD plugged in. Otherwise check the storage on the HD and see whether or not its empty, if it isn't empty and is quite full, your games should still be there. I've also had this problem when plugging my HD into a friends
Xbox but the games where still there when I put it back in my Xbox, I don't really get what happened either.

I think the original poster is having the same problem I am.

We're playing on a PC, so "console storage" is not an aspect of the problem.

There is no where in the game to delete saved games, my saved game list is empty. And it won't let me save a new one. I get the "unable to save game cloud storage is full" message.

And when I go onto my XBox app on my computer, there is nothing anywhere about storage. Or if there is, I can't find it.

I already know I can't see "the full 500 gb". XBox Series S allows the users to use 364 gb of storage to install games, apps etc. So when there are no games installed, i should see 364 gb of storage empty, right?

Why you guys are asking nonsense questions. Cloud was empty and no i didnt capture it when storage was full. Many people keep saying that screenshots vanished from local storage and you admins cant answer why did it occur. Anybody from microsoft knows what
is going on and how to stop it?
