    I have a personal issue with the new way you guys are doing things, I can’t download any new games at all to my Xbox branded storage device. Do you expect me to fit mostly all of my games on the very small amount of storage you give me for my Xbox. I’m constantly having to delete and re-download games because of it and it’s pretty frustrating. I’ve been using Xbox for most of my life. But if this keeps up I won’t by the next one, thank you.

    Hi,

    Both Series X/S games and Xbox One games that been optimised (I'm British) for Series X/S must be installed on either the internal storage or the expansion card. They can not be run from a USB connected storage device. My optimised Series X/S Xbox One games
    were moved to my Expansion card during their update.

    Eventually there probably will be games that won't run on the One and will only run on the Series S/X. It's not happening right away.

    Also, about the storage thing. You can use the same external storage device you're using for the One on the Series S/X. It can be used for backwards compatible games. Only the next-gen games would need to be on the internal storage.
