STOP TRYING TO BILL ME FOR AN ORDER I CANCELLED!!!!

I pre-ordered Destiny 2 this Summer, before Xbox Live suspended my account for something I didn't do. I have since sold my Xbox One and cut all ties with Xbox Live. I'm sick of this gaming community. I personally spoke with Xbox Support a few days ago, had
my credit and debit cards removed from my account, and cancelled my Pre-Order...

WHY DO I KEEP GETTING NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT THE PAYMENT NOT GOING THRU?!

Yes, I'm aware of insufficient funds, I'm clearly not adding anything on it until this issue is resolved. I don't want to have to contact my company and put a stop payment request thru. This is something you guys should be able to do on your end... I'm hearing
every excuse in the book as to why you cant cancel this preorder. Stop being so damn money hungry. It's part of the reason I'm not a part of your community anymore.

microsoft cancelled my xbox one day one preorder

Game stop in store pick up is the best way to go IMO...i go there monthly to throw a couple bills down on the X1...they always assure me that my X1 pre order is in there system for day 1.

To cancel the pre-order go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ then find the order or pre-order you want
to cancel, and select Cancel item next to the order.

I can only assume they are trying to stop people from pre ordering just to get gta money then canceling their preorder.

Hi, since you have overdue payment you will need to pay in order to cancel your subscription... if you forgot to cancel the recurring billing you can try to contact the support and verify if they can help you.
