Discus and support Stop suspending for no reason. It's getting old. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I was communication banned for NO reason whatsoever.     Stop suspending for no reason. It's getting old.


    I was communication banned for NO reason whatsoever. It didn't break the terms of service at all. I even have screenshots that it was completely appropriate. It was just profanity that wasn't even directed towards the person. Why doesn't enforcement get it together? This is why people are moving to PlayStation and I probably am too after this...

    Profanity is not allowed regardless of if it's directed at someone or not.

    I would suggest you review the code of conduct then file a case review with the enforcement team. Many times you are ban is because you retaliated in some form. Don't get pulled into the situation, file a report if they started something and also ban them
    so they can not follow you.

    Everything about your suspension would be found by logging on to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com    , check your history, and submit a case review as your appeal (if eligible).

    Case reviews should clarify (or summarize) what caused your ban.

    The Enforcement Team does not post here, and nobody else on the forums have any access to your Enforcement records. The support forums will not be able to assist you any further with this.

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com for information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review.
