STOP MOVING THE AUDIO MENU BUTTON IN THE SNAP MENU, AND PUT IT BACK UP TOP!!!

I was having exactly this issue. As soon as you select 'settings' and the audio menu is highlighted, the xbox begins to stutter and is extremely unresponsive. If you move the cursor to the next item (which is display I believe), the stuttering disappears.

In order to correct this issue.

1) Highlight the 'audio' option (xbox goes into stutter mode)

2) hold down 'A' until audio item is selected and subitems become available (on the menu in the centre of the screen).

3) Move cursor down to 'shuffle' (bottom option) and change to sequential.

4) Problem fixed.

You will notice as soon as you put this item back to shuffle the problem reappears.

This happens when Destiny is put into standby/screen saver by the console because of lack of input.

XxAngelEyez4uXx is right though, hit the Xbox button to go home and go back in game. If that fails, press the Xbox button to go home. Press the Menu button while Destiny is highlighted in the main tile (3 lines/old START button) and select QUIT. Then just
select Destiny again to load up and audio should be back.

Bungie is aware of the bug as it has been posted to their forums but no info on when it will/might bet a fix.

Are you referring to the apps on the Home tab or the Pins tab? To pin Internet Explorer, go to your My Games & Apps section, click the Menu button (the old Start button) and click Pin to Home. Any pinned apps will show on the Pins tab. To unpin an app, go
to the Pins tab, highlight that item, click the Menu button and select Unpin. The apps on the Home tab is more less recent history. On the Pins tab, the only re-arranging you can do (without un-pinning and re-pinning )is using the Move to Front option, which
will put the Front app in the upper right-hand corner. Probably the easiest way to do this is to create a list of the pinned apps you want (most important at the top, least important at the bottom), then using that list and going from bottom to top click each
app and select move to front. Once you are done the last one you Move to Front will be the top on on your list. Hope this helps!

I'm having the same issue, if you have an auxiliary connection you "slowly" put it in to your controller and then you can change the chat mix setting on the new audio button on the bottom menu after you hit the center xbox button.

Open up the guide menu (big silver button on the controller).

If you're signed in already, press the blue x button to sign out.

You should then see the option to Download Profile on that menu, put in the email address and password you used to create the account.
