    Yet the only people who shop at rent a center are crackheads and people who refuse to pay their bills. Rent A Center is very popular in the ghetto. We have none in our northern suburbs. Normal people just finance with a major credit card or a store card
    that offers same as cash.

    Pretty sure Microsoft/xbox know exactly how things work considering they are the ones who make the rules.

    The enforcement team are under no obligation to show you the proof they have,something you agreed to.

    Console bans are not issued lightly & are never issued for "no reason".

    Console bans can not be appealed.

    @ice. I was just wondering because I see a huge room for scams here such as buying a 100.00 console and then Ebaying or Craigslisting it while tying Microsoft to a card that later has insufficient funds.

    Well, considering there would be MORE to it than $249.00, and in THIS economy, quite a few people actually. Have you looked outside in the real world lately? Statistics show that 25 percent of America itself is barely even able to pay the bills. Much less
    plop down over 300.00 for a LUXURY item.

    The price delta between a $99 console, $15/mo plan ($360) and a $299 console with two $60/yr sub cards ($120) is $40 (459 - 419) not $150. Not sure who is doing what math, but the markup isn't that substantial at normal pricing.
