Stop hacks on backwards compatible games

I just don't see how no one else still sees this problem. I get on all these old call of duty games and they are still hacked in public match. BO1, BO2, MW2, MW3... it is ridiculous how you can advertise something as one of the main concepts for a system
and allow the reasons that people bought an Xbox one to be completely taken away(we all bought it mainly because we want the new xbox but also a lot bought it because hacks get old quick).
There should be an option to play with people only on Xbox one and if you want you can play with people on 360 just so that we do not have to deal with cheaters that still have a JTAG in 2019....
If you're not going to stop the cheating then people should be refunded and the game should be made free, it's simply not fair. You and Activision, Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer,
Treyarch, have all already made money off those games and are continuing to profit off new games as it is.... now you mean to tell me i need to pay for a 6-13 year old game just to get on it and see people are still cheating? C'mon for a Cooperation that is
as "innovative" as this you should know better.

I would really like not to hear "just don't buy or play the game". Then why is Backwards Compatibility even a thing? If anything it is slowing the Servers for Xbox one and the Xbox 360 Servers should just be should down.
