    Stop Emails of the Xbox Live Rewards Program


    Hello,

    I had an Xbox Live account and I resigned for the Xbox Live Rewards program. After a period of time, I decided to delete my account but I already receive Emails of the Rewards Program. I tried to stop the emails with the button at the bottom but it didn't
    work. I hope you can delete my email from the mailing list.

    Hey there! That is indeed the email that Rewards uses, here is the proof taken from the Rewards FAQ:

    As of April this year, Australians were migrated from the Xbox Live Rewards program to the Microsoft Rewards program. This was communicated on the web page and to your billing email.

    We do not see any email address listed for this gamertag, or that you were ever a member. Is this the gamertag/account you are having the email issue with?

    No, it was a different Gamertag. I think the name was xGrannynator but the email is the same: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***
