Stop Emails of the Xbox Live Rewards Program

    Hello,

I had an Xbox Live account and I resigned for the Xbox Live Rewards program. After a period of time, I decided to delete my account but I already receive Emails of the Rewards Program. I tried to stop the emails with the button at the bottom but it didn't
work. I hope you can delete my email from the mailing list.

    :)

Hey there! That is indeed the email that Rewards uses, here is the proof taken from the Rewards FAQ:

What types of communications should I receive from Xbox for the Xbox LIVE Rewards program?

    A. You will receive program emails for various reasons as a member of the Xbox LIVE Rewards program. Emails include registration confirmation, monthly rewards program updates, and winning a prize in one of our exclusive promotions. Please note that you may
receive an email from *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** on behalf of Xbox for updates. If you have not already done so, please make sure your junk mail filters are set to receive emails from
    L: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***.

    Hello SilentPalmolive,

As of April this year, Australians were migrated from the Xbox Live Rewards program to the Microsoft Rewards program. This was communicated on the web page and to your billing email.

We do not see any email address listed for this gamertag, or that you were ever a member. Is this the gamertag/account you are having the email issue with?

No, it was a different Gamertag. I think the name was xGrannynator but the email is the same: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    Hello J Rock v,

We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. As was stated in November in both your emails and on the Xbox Live Rewards site, your region was migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards
program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.
