    Stop by an outpost not updating


    I purchased a couple avatar items that total more than $2 over 96 hours ago but the rewards page still says I have yet to fulfill this requirement. In the past, I have run into an issue where my purchased avatar items were included in with my purchases of
    games and movies or tv shows, is that what's happening here? Or did I purchase the wrong items?

    Hello Black Adder IV,

    From the FAQ:

    • Level 2: Stop by an Outpost - Earn 1,000 Rewards Credits for spending at least $2 before tax on protective avatar items from the Microsoft Store.
    Since both these purchases were under $1 before tax, you have not yet completed the offer.
