Stolen Microsoft Account linked with Minecraft Account.

Hello, a few days ago my Microsoft account has been stolen and normally I contacted Microsoft Support and they told me they aren't able to do anything about it because the hacker changed all the security info and enabled Two Step Verification. And normally they suspended the account and to this day I am still unable to recover my account. I then contacted Minecraft Support but they have been just as helpful as Microsoft Support because they told me to contact Microsoft Support.

I still have the transaction ID that you get when you buy Minecraft to prove that I am the owner of the account but they can't do anything. Can anybody help me somehow ?

Sorry to hear that, in these forums you can't get help about recovering your compromised account, due to no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies, and also is not possible to access to your account

You can try contacting Mojang support to see if they can assist you with the recovery process with this transaction ID, but this can't be guarantee

The support agent already told you Microsoft cannot do anything. I understand your frustration, but if Microsoft employees cannot do anything, users like you here on the forum will not be able to do something that not even Microsoft employees can do.

Having a transaction ID for one game does not prove you own the account. The hacker now has access to the same transaction ID as you.

But if you think I'm wrong, feel free to contact Microsoft or Xbox support more times. But you will hear the same from them every time.
