Stolen Gears Code.

So my Gears of War code was stolen by a fraudulent account. I have a reciept, the physical code and all. I just want to deactivate the code and have the account reported for this, what can I do? Getting the code back would probably be too much to ask for.

they are not stolen, and our store paid MS distributor for those codes initially to be valid on their side. It is a great deal, considering some of the positions have up to 70% discount

I also wanted to mention that selling or trading items on Xbox Live is not allowed as per the ToU and CoC of the Live service that you agreed to when you joined. If you have been doing this and get caught both accounts could end up being banned from Live.

Thank you, but that's completely untrue. Scratch off codes cannot be returned to a store. Cards are non refundable. Furthermore, retail stores cannot access or make changes to your account or online content. Only Microsoft could, but they're claiming they
can't cancel the card.

You would need to speak with Xbox Support to see if they can do anything about this issue for you. Best case scenario is that they issue you another code but I'm not sure how this will be resolved.

There's a box with your stolen gear in it somewhere in the jail. Obviously this will be a different place for each jail but there's a box somewhere.
