I paid for the 3 month deal awhile back for 9.99 and i have been getting charged 24.99 without my permission ever since, i tried to get the 3 months for 9.99 and 1000 v bucks but was told i was past due for 24.99 i want to know why give me gold when i have
no money in my account and then say i owe you guys im tired of getting stolen from just want to know why and to be honest i want my money back

You should contact
Xbox Billing Support to resolve this issue. Furthermore, you probably have recurring payments enabled. Where as your gold runs out it will automatically renew your subscription. You should pay close attention to details like this related to your account
regularly.

Are you sure you were eligible for the promotion? It's for new customers with no history or Xbox Live ever or from a certain date. I would check the fine print to make sure that you qualify. You may not have and that's why it charged you full price

For future reference, you have to turn off auto renew at: https://account.microsoft.com in the services and subscriptions section. These deals automatically sign you up to monthly
subscription. You should always read the terms and conditions.
