Stolen bank details

Been going through a bit of a nightmare.

Resently I have payment being made to my bank accout from xbox, I have checked my xbox account and there is no record of these transatio s.

Someone some how has gotten hold of my bank detail and set it up to there account. My card has been stoped three times but because the card is registered it automaticaly updates to the new card number.

I have spocken to the vitual chat team and was advised to call in, however ever time I try to organise a call back i'm told there is a error, this has been going on for over three weeks and I honestly don't know what I can do, I just want these transactions to stop.

I'm sorry that your details were stolen and are receiving unknown transactions. Please contact your bank and make them aware of the situation, they can block all incoming charges from Xbox that aren't approved by you.

Additionally, please Contact support again and perhaps insist on chat support rather than phone and reference the call back error.

Sounds to me your bank details and credit card details have been stolen.

Ide get onto your bank ASAP and tell them what's going on.

If your credit or debit card was stolen you should contact the bank you have your bank account to get the money back, then you should report that theft to the police. When the card was stolen there shouldn't made a purchase on your account. In that case
the law enforcement could take a look in the case.

Tell me about it. $1000+ dollars were stolen and no I didn't give away my information. They somehow obtained it. Luckily, my banked refunded me the whole amount stolen.
