Stolen account I need help

I want someone to help me, how Microsoft is going to allow this being such a big company. My account has just been stolen, I understand that it is partly my fault, but if Microsoft knows that we spend so much money on games and services that it is not going to offer better security to its users, I hope someone helps me or else I am going to start a lawsuit in against this company.

Let's say that the only alternative you have at this moment is to send the account recovery form (The only option to recover an account is through the form), I have also been through this situation so I can give you some recommendations:

The first thing is to enter information that the account has, in case a phone number or card has been deleted, you should simply omit that information and not add it to the form. That said, you can enter the following link:

I guess support directed you here again. Instead of calling support. Have you tried chatting to Xbox Support. Maybe they can be of assistance. Please also explain that Phone support directed you back to the forums multiple times. They may need to have the
