Stolen account and after recovery data and library wiped

I have the right email and after i got the account back i woke up with nothing in my library and when i searched the games in store it appears that i have to buy the games. I have even the proof from Microsoft that i purchased the games. So i think i need some assistance from someone in the microsoft staff.

I understand. If your account was hacked and then recovered, your games are still supposed to be there. No one will be able to remove it from the account itself. It may be a different account. You can check your Xbox profile via https://account.xbox.com/Profile.

How did you lose your games? Is it like you can't play them unless you purchase them again or your game progressions are all deleted?

I didnt create any new account i just recover it with the microsoft recovery steps like password and after the phone number that was not changed but my main problem its that i lost the games that i payed i had Forza Horizon 4 Forza Horizon 5 and some DLS`s that are all gone and i want my games back i even have the proof for Forza Horizon 5.
