    I was playing tom Clancy rainbow six siege when someone by the gamertag xcel kronos started to team kill me and bully me and I was really mad so I said some mean stuff and I do have another account but I want to play on my main account
    because I have more stuff. and Im going to mexico in 4 days so I want to play a little more before im gone

    One thing that we're maybe forgetting...

    Why do you think the xbox one has mandatory checks on games within 24hours and Sony doesn't? It's blatantly obvious Sony won't enforce the same level DRM as the xbox one.

    I am sick and tired of typing this but I guess I'm going to have to do it one more time.

    He team killed you and bullied you, so you responded by saying "mean things".

    That right there was your mistake, what you should have done is the follow:

    1: Block them

    2: Mute them:

    3: Report them

    In doing this the other person would get banned and you would still be playing.

    If another gamer is harassing you then you can report them and mute and block (but do not reply as that removes the block).

    Using an alternate account to bypass an enforcement action is a violation of the Code of Conduct.

    It is possible that a console privilege suspension can be issued to prevent this from happening.

    Just follow the Code of Conduct, it is that simple.

    Hi there,

    I'm afraid that nobody in here is able to assist with Enforcement related issues or questions. As far as I'm aware there is also not an option to speak to the enforcement team via email or phone. The only option to get in contact with the Enforcement team is via the Case Review option on the enforcement website, but keep in mind that depending on the enforcement action the Case Review option may not be available.

    I had an uploaded PFP for years now, and now I all of sudden get a violation, why?

    Hi there,

    the only option to appeal would be via the option on the enforcement website, but if that isn't available (not all enforcement actions will have the option to appeal) then as far as I'm aware there is no other option to appeal.

    If there's not an option to appeal on the enforcement site, then there is nothing that can be done. That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
