    Still Yet to Receive Windows 10 DL Code for Quantum Break Pre-Order


    Pre-ordered Quantum Break for the Xbox One through the Microsoft store and have not yet received the download code for the Windows 10 version, even though it is now past the 7-10 delivery period advertised.

    I pre-ordered Quantum Break on the 21st February but I am yet to receive my preorder codes such as Windows 10 code for Quantum Break. I read your stickied post stating you sent out all the codes so I was just wondering what was up with my pre-order?

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break - No bonus

    Pre-ordered Quantum Break (29 Mar 2016) from the Xbox Store but have yet to receive my Alan Wake code or Quantum Break Windows code.

    Game downloaded fine but the above pre-order bonus has yet to be fulfilled.

    Can you help?

    Quantum break havent received ANY pre order codes

    I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.
