Still waiting on the credits for "A Rewards Story"

Still patiently waiting for the 15000 credits, still nothing pending. The story never showed completed though I know I spent enough in each chapter (see earlier post below). Now that the offer is over, I suppose you are gonna try and screw everyone out of
the credits, because you dropped the ball. ****, get it together Xbox, you are the Scrooge this year. How did you not expect people to buy the double-feature of a movie or deluxe version of a game. I know it's only $15 bucks but I wouldn't have bought certain
items to fulfill it, if I would have know I wouldn't be getting **** back

So this weekend I noticed the 15,000 rewards credits for completing the 3 Chapters associated with the program. So I went ahead and made all the purchases to complete all Chapters. But now on the website it is only showing Chapter 3 complete and 1 "lantern"
in Chapter 1.

Chapter 1: Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Maze Runner, and Marvel's The Avengers: Age of Ultron

Chapter 2: Final Fantasy XV, Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials

Chapter 3: Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, Dr. Strange

Did I miss something? I have records of all these purchases and they all exceed the $30 minimum for each Chapter. Please let me know as soon as possible so I can make the additional purchases if need be, but I should definitely have all 3 Chapters completed.

Since you did not pre-order Mafia 3 and Final Fantasy XV within this offer period, those purchases are not eligible for this offer.

They would be scheduled for the deposit on April 12.

Credits are scheduled for deposit by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th,
they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
