    Still waiting on pre order bonus codes.


    Hi I've contacted customer support regarding the pre order bonus codes of alan wake and win 10 version of quantum break I haven't received for pre ordering quantum break on Xbox one. They have checked my account and said that I do qualify for the bonus as
    pre ordered before release but as of yet I haven't recieved anything in my inbox. I would be extremely grateful if you could assist me with this matter asap.

    Pre ordered Fallout 4 waiting on Fallout 3 code

    I pre ordered fallout 4 and am waiting as patiently for that as can be. The bonus of playing fallout 3 is keeping me going, now I just need the code to play it! Yay for bonus games when you pre order.

    Codes are sent out 7-10 days after the date of the game's release. We're only on the 9th day today, so keep an eye out and if you don't receive your codes by the end of the 10th day tomorrow please create a new thread and let us know. Thanks for your patience.

    So what I understand is that if you pre-order a game you get an older game as a bonus. An older game which has been released for a long period, probably years. You can't get refunds on digital purchases. So why is it that I have to wait 7 to 10 days after
    the release of the new pre-ordered game to get the code for the old bonus game, which I could have been playing for a long time, since you've already bought the pre-order and can't return it anyway and the bonus game is legally yours now anyway. Shouldn't
    the bonus game start downloading the moment I pre-order a new game which it comes with? Makes more sense to me and it provides you with entertainment for the pre-order waiting period. Or am I talking nonsense here?
