Still Waiting on my Halo Wars Definitive Edition Redemption Code or other Solution

I bought the halo wars 2 ultimate edition on amazon on March 15 that was supposed to come with the Halo Wars Definitive edition, but when I am brought to the Halo Wars Definitive Edition page in the windows store, it gives me the option to buy it, not "download/install."
... also.... The item is in my library. And it tells me I cannot download the item because it's not supported on my device, but I downloaded and have played Halo Wars 2 on this same device... So i don't understand why I cannot download my game...

Pre ordered halo wars 2 ultimate edition and am still waiting for my code for halo wars definitive edition.

You are not alone with this issue. I have the same problem and posted about it here.

I still haven't got it, but it helps to know that it's a common problem.

As far as I understand it, we should have two versions of both Halo Wars 1 and 2, one for XBox One (the one not suppored on this device) and one for Windows.

For some reason, Halo Wars 2 is correctly activated for both platforms, but Halo Wars 1 is not.
