Still waiting for the Halo Wars: Definitive Edition code.

Where do I start. March 14 (Tuesday), I went to my local Game Stop after work to purchase the Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition (digital copy) and when I got home I started installing it. It took longer than I thought (probably crappy server issues) so I let
it download through the night. I checked back the next day (Wednesday, March 15) and noticed that my Halo Wars: Definitive Edition was no where to be seen, so I contacted Support (1st time) and they told me thatI had to wait 7-10 days and if I didn't get by
then to recontact them. I figured March 21-24 would be the 7-10 day period so I contacted Support (2nd time) on March 24 (Friday) and she told me that Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition was registered to my account and that it was 7-10 "business days" (very important).
Afterwards I thought that "business days" would mean Monday-Saturday, if that was the case then Saturday (March 25) would be the "10" day. So I contacted Support (3rd time) on Saturday (March 25) and she said that "business days" are Monday-Friday and so far
it's been 9 days up to that point and if I didn't get it my Monday (March 27) to contact Support. So Monday came, still no code, contacted Support again (4th time, getting repetitive, especially when it takes four people to get all the information you need),
he told me that it hasn't been 10 days yet and that Tuesday (march 28) is the 10th day (either the 3rd person or this guy lied to me on whenever the 10 day is, either way) and he gave me a link to this forum and said to post here if I don't get it. So let's
recap: $80 spent on an edition and I didn't get everything I paid for, waited 2 weeks (I'm counting weekends) for a code that I still don't have (ironic thing is I get messages from Xbox Live with promo codes that I didn't sign up for and for games I don't
even play, but the one code that I paid for, I don't even get it), 4 Support chats to get all the information I need, and posting a biography on a forum to get the situation out there so it can be resolved as fast as it can. So if anyone managed to read this
far, bottom line is I just want my code to play my game that I've been wanting to play since I bought this edition. I've been patient for this long, even waited the time span of 7-10 "business days" (still very important), but it sucks to buy something and
then wait to use it, it's like buying a whole pizza and only getting 6 out of 8 pieces and being told to wait for the rest. I don't want a refund like some others, I just really want my code, if anyone can help with that, I'd be most appreciative. Thank you.
