I found that clicking through on the specific “punch cards” would sometimes make them register. I’m still waiting on #4 to pop for me. I got Halo 5 and Halo 3 achievements over 5 days ago and still nothing.

Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over

Why? Did you watch all of the Halo: Nightfall episodes? If so, you will unlock the "Nightfall" armor for Halo 5 under the rewards tab at the top right of the screen and it will prompt you to download the Halo 5 Beta.
