Still waiting for my Halo Wars Definitive Edition Code

Hello,

I'm trying my luck here. I'm loosing patience. I bought Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition on April 14th as a download code from amazon.de (germany: https://www.amazon.de/Halo-Wars-Ultimate-Windows-Download/dp/B01H2DTT5O/ref=sr_1_2_twi_sof_3?ie=UTF8...
), so a respectable source. I activated the code on xbox.com and it unlocked Halo Wars 2, but not Halo Wars Definitive Edition. Within my store library, Halo Wars Definitive Edition is only listed once as not working on this device (supposedly that's the XBox
One version, as there is also another Halo Wars 2 not working in this device and other content as well).



Since then, I have chatted two times with the german Microsoft support and I was told both times I will receive the code within days. Which was not the case. On the other hand, postings in this forum say it should unlock directly and we don't get any codes.
What is it?

Halo Wars Definitive Edition is now even available as a standalone purchase in the MS store and on steam. What is the problem with activating it for me? This is an awful practice.

Please, unlock the game as advertised!

That screenshot indicates that you already own the game. Codes were only sent out during the pre-order period for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition. Now, all digital purchases for Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition include the digital version of Halo Wars: Definitive
Edition. If the game is showing up in your library already, there is no need for a code.

Are you able to try downloading the game through the Halo app on the Windows Store? Within the Halo app, select the controller icon and see if it allows you to download the game through that menu.

Yes that screenshot indicates that I own the XBox One version, but not the PC version. As you see, there are two versions of Halo Wars 2. One for PC and one for XBox.

I bought the Ultimate Edition and I should have everything on PC and XBox, but I did not receive a Halo Wars Definitive Edition for PC. It's not in my store library. I do not own an XBox One.

The Halo App is only offering me to buy Halo Wars 1.

If browse the Windows Store to Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition it says that I own this product. It lists Halo Wars Definitive Edition as belonging to this package. If I click that, it offers me to buy Halo Wars Definitive Edition.

Clearly, that can't be right and something went wrong with the activation. Can you fix this?

Unfortunately, it is in german, so let me guide you: Below Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition, it say "You own this product." ("Dieses Produkt gehört Ihnen."). There is a list of content of this package ("In diesem Paket"):

Halo Wars 2 -> Installed

Halo Wars: Definitive Editon -> Buy for 19,99 Euro

Halo Wars 2 Season Pass -> Already owned.

Thus, I own a product without owning all its included content.

The Halo Wars 1 page looks like this



It offers me to buy this game. While at the same time showing me packages with this product ("Pakete mit diesem Artikel"), that is the Ultimate Edition, which I "already own" ("Bereits erworben").

That is clearly inconsistent. I should have access to Halo Wars. Please fix this.

 

I'm still in need of a solution in this matter.

 

It has not changed... Where can I get help?
