Still waiting for Gears of War collection codes after 1 month

I bought Gears of War 4 on October 12, but still haven't received the promotional codes for the Gears of War collection. Xbox Support told me to post here.

Even though the game page says the codes would be sent within one month, I haven't received any message on Xbox Live.

To add insult to injury, no one seems to know what's really going on. How much longer do we have to wait? Will we ever get the codes? Xbox Support told me all kinds of misguided things like, the codes will arrive on December 31 or the first wave would be
sent one month after purchase, before telling me to post here.

Can someone from Microsoft please give us some reassurance? At least acknowledge there is a problem.

Still have not receive codes for gears of war collection

still have not received my codes for gears of war collection and pack which includes gears of war 1 , 2 , 3and judgment day and it still has not come with the codes and my Xbox messenger anybody in my position please it buys me and help but Microsoft you
need to get the codes out right now to the people that have paid for the content and have been waiting for over a month

I still haven't recieved my codes for gears of war collection a month after purchasing the limited edition 2 tb console bundle.

To qualify for this promotion, you just need to purchase and/or redeem a token for Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31, 2016. The game tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption/purchase
of Gears of War 4. So basically the codes will appear, they just are being sent out in waves.
