Still unable to deposit funds

Unfortunately, at the time of this post, we have not yet received a resolution for this issue. Since the error causing your billable account information to not be communicated to our deposit is being caused by a database that is not within our control, we
must rely on the team tasked to this error to provide their solution for the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience that this delay is causing.

I'm still waiting for an answer on this as well... have not seen the funds deposited in my account.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your 50,000 Credit event occurred later than your other Credit events, it was not deposited in the mid-month deposit cycle. Since it was placed as pending on the 4th, it will be deposited in the end of month deposit cycle.

If it was an Xbox gift card, you don't receive a code. The funds are automatically deposited into your account. You can check http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the funds being deposited.

Otherwise, there is an order history on the redemption page for the Rewards site. Check there to see if it shows the redemption. It'll either give the option to resend the funds or it will list a code. If the redemption doesn't show there, or you still don't get the funds, contact Microsoft Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

The funds are directly deposited into your account when you redeem the cards and the funds expire 90 days after redeeming them.
