    Never received rewards

    Im confused about Xbox Rewards. I have Xbox friends receiving them and making less purchases than myself. I have never been credited any rewards. My account has been going strong since xbox 360. I domt understand why im not receiving any points.

    Offer for 50,000 credits for purchasing xbox one s not received

    i had a email about 2-3 months ago stating that i was eligible for receiving 50,000 reward credits for buying a Xbox One S so I brought a Xbox One S and i still haven't received them. Any reasons why??

    We see no record of you being a current Xbox Live Rewards member. Do the email's contain details for the "Mudplugger" gamertag, or are they addressed to another gamertag?

    Hello,

    Yes the emails contain details for my Mudplugger gamertag but they are addressed to the previous email address that used to be associated with my gamertag. When I migrated my gamertag to a new email address the rewards program never updated.

    I guess this means you're going to continue to ignore this issue and I'm going to have to continue to put up with emails that I opted out of 6 years ago.
