    Still pending


    I ordered the Series X directly from Microsoft at 12:20 a.m. lunch day, so this past Tuesday. Order still shows as pending. I did receive a confirmation email but it had no expected delivery date, just said I’d be notified and charged once shipped. Any
    idea how long it takes to process? I have tried to find a live agent to speak with via chat but cannot find the link....I did use PayPal to pay.

    If you are accepted it'll probably when the next preview update for whatever ring you are put in is released.

    You'll be in ring 4 I would think.

    So possibly not for a while yet as there's no new preview updates at the moment.

    Eta was on the only email i got.

    Money was still not taken out of my account.

    was suposed to be 2-3days expedited shipping according to the website.

    Is the ETA just on that original order number, or in the email from your purchase? Trying to understand where that comes from.
